Interview with Fat Loss Expert Rylan Duggan, author of Go Sleevless

Hi Rylan, could you first please tell me a bit about yourself?


Sure thing.  I’m a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Practicing Kinesiologist from BC, Canada.  I grew up as a chubby farm boy in a small town of about 2000 people, where I was teased on a daily basis because of my weight.  My nickname was ‘Fatman’. 


It wasn’t until I went to my high school graduation alone and without a date, that I finally put my foot down and decided that enough was enough.  I had enough of being miserable with my body, so I was determined to find a way to change it, or die trying.

Could you tell me about your Go Sleevless ebook!

And how is your ebook based around these strategies?


The exercises that are included in the Go Sleeveless program aren’t simply arm exercises - which I think is a common misconception.

3 - Starving themselves and restricting calories.
