How much strength training should a woman do? I don’t want to bulk up.

Which workout should I use?

Here are some guidelines you should follow when picking the workout that’s right for you.
1) The Best Program for a Total BEGINNER
You should start with the Introductory Program. If you haven't been doing any exercise, you must start there. No exceptions.
The bodyweight exercises will prepare your muscles for all future workouts.
2) The Best Program for a Woman Who Has NOT Exercised in the Last 4 Weeks
Start with the Beginner Workout. After you’ve completed this workout program you can move onto the next level.
3) The Best Program for women Who Have Been Doing Cardio or Circuits
If you have been exercising consistently before Burn Female Belly Fat, then I would suggest you start by completing 2 weeks of the beginner program and then move straight into the intermediate program. The Burn Female Belly Fat Workouts are different from the type of exercise you’ll normally be accustomed to; therefore these 2 weeks of beginner workouts will allow your body time to adjust to minimize the potential of an injury.
Everyone should complete the intermediate program before moving onto the advanced and bonus workouts.

By pairing exercises together in Supersets (where you perform two exercises back to back without rest), you are able to get more work done in less time.

When is the best time to workout?
Personally I don’t think there is a best time to workout, just as long as you get your workout done.
The two most important considerations for determining your workout time are that:
a) You are able to train with sufficient intensity
b) You are able to train consistently
The best thing to do is choose an exercise time that suits your lifestyle.

I don’t have a full hour to workout. Can I still use the program?
A Big Positive YES!! I designed the workouts in such a way that even if you do both the short burst resistance training and intervals back-to-back, you’ll still be done in under 40 minutes, if that!!
In fact, you only need around 90 minutes per WEEK to do the entire Burn Female Belly Fat System.
You can even split up the resistance training and interval training into alternating days or by doing the resistance training in the morning and the interval training later in the day. Because the resistance and interval training workouts are only 15-20 minutes each, you can get a lot done in a short amount of time.
