Advanced Belly Fat Workout

A1. Squat Press x 8
A2. Romanian Deadlift to Row x 8

You will do 2 exercises in succession only resting after you completed both exercises. This is called super-setting - for example, Complete 8 reps of Exercises A1 and A2 then rest for 1 minute, then repeat the same sequence for a total of 3 times. By doing your resistance training in this fashion you get far more work done in less time & increase the metabolic boost after the workout.

B1. Step-Ups x 6 each leg
B2. Jacknife Press-Up

Complete as many Supersets in 10 minutes resting as little as possible.

C1. X-Body Mountain Climbers x 30 sec
C2. SB (Stability Ball) Plank x 30sec
C3. Medicine Ball Woodchop x 30sec

Rest 30 sec – Complete 3 total circuit = 6 Minute Abs Workout

For a Less Advanced Belly Fat Workout Try This

Belly Fat Workout

A1. Prisoner Squat x 12
A2. Kneeling Press Up x 8
A3. Plank x 20sec

Rest 1 Minute and Repeat Circuit for a Total of 3 Circuits

B1. Y Squat x 12
B2. Lying Leg Curls  x 15

Rest 1 Minute and Repeat Circuit for a Total of 3 Circuits.

C1. Bird Dog x 20sec
C2. Side Plank (Left) x 20sec
C3. Side Plank (Right) x 20sec

Rest 1 min & repeat 3 times.

For Your Belly Fat Burning Workout Intervals try the following:

Bodyweight Squat x 20sec
Hold Sitting Position for 10sec

Repeat 4 times

Press-Ups x 20sec
Press- Up Hold x 10sec

Repeat 4 times.

** Beginners shouldn’t do the holds**
